Location
The highlight of One&Only Aesthesis is how the resort straddles two holiday worlds. It has a quiet beach location on the Athens Riviera, around 30 to 45 minutes by road from the airport. Yet it’s only a short walk to Glyfada centre and a short road journey to Athens’ historical and cultural sites.
Rooms
Mostly bungalows, villas and residences, spread around the large 22-hectare property. All have a private pool and at least a private terrace. There are also 12 entry-level rooms in the main building which we don’t recommend. The style is modern and fresh, with natural materials, clean lines and abundant sunlight. Bungalows and villas vary in terms of location and size; we will advise you personally on the best option for your needs.
Who is it for
Location and quality make this new resort a great addition to many different Greek holidays, for both couples and families. It could be a long weekend escape, a first time discovery of Athens. Thanks to this new resort you can easily travel via Athens and go explore a new island destination, adding a two or three-day Athens layover with the tranquillity and experiences around One&Only Aesthesis.
Facilities & activities
This is only the second One&Only property in Europe and the facilities really stand out, particularly the Guerlain Spa and a mile of private beach, which includes an adults-only area. There are restaurants by Michelin-starred chefs plus restaurant popups, nice resort pools, yoga, walks and picnics in the forest. Activities can easily take you exploring all around Athens, whether it’s the ancient Acropolis or a day on a yacht going to Poros, Hydra and Spetses.
