Your guide will choose which bars you go to according to your food tastes and preferences, to make sure you eat what you love best, in the best places. They will also teach you how to pair pintxos with white or red wine, with cider, and with Txakoli — a low-alcohol white wine produced in few places outside of the Basque Country.
