Introducing the New Luxury Villas at Falkensteiner Punta Skala
Opened on July 1st 2023, the five luxury villas measure 200 sqm and each accommodate up to seven people.
Each has a private heated pool in a large Mediterranean garden.
The en-suite bedrooms are contemporary and spacious, with lingering sea views.
Indoor living areas are bright and airy.
There’s a fully equipped kitchen with private chef services available, plus in-villa dining from any of the resort’s restaurants. Complimentary breakfast can also be enjoyed at Jadran or Artigiani, at Hotel Iadera next door.
All the resort’s facilities are available, including an outstanding kids club, the Fortis Club for sports and the largest spa in Croatia. One spa treatment per person per stay is included in every villa stay.
The biggest highlight is complete privacy. These villas are located between the two properties in the resort, with direct access to the beach.
