Explore the Arctic Circle by Private Jet

Three weeks exploring the Arctic Circle. Vast landscapes, unique people, majestic wildlife and a world beyond the horizon. Without you needing to pull a sled or be a hardcore adventurer.

Summer 2023 will be the maiden voyage of Arctic Horizon, a three-week journey to seven Arctic destinations by private Boeing 757-200. It’s one of the most exciting group adventures we’ve ever seen.

The Arctic Horizon Concept

Start your journey in Iceland then look for whales in Greenland

Polar experts HL Adventure are our trusted partners in Iceland. For years they’ve helped us arrange trips to Iceland for EliteVoyage clients, featuring experiences like dining in an ice cave and an exclusive-use camp on a glacier. They make Iceland accessible and comfortable.

Now they’re sharing this spirit of adventure by creating a luxury, trans-polar journey by private jet.

It means you can really explore the Arctic Circle, without being an experienced Arctic explorer, or even giving up on any comforts.

Experience Sonora in Canada

Three weeks exploring the high latitudes off the Arctic, to places normally beyond our boundaries. Travelling by private jet to seven remarkable locations.

It’s an all-encompassing group trip for up to 50 people. So no, you will not be alone. But we love this idea of going with like-minded people to the edge of the world. There’s no other way to reach these places, except perhaps for your own team of reindeer. And we’re very confident at the level of luxury this Arctic Horizon journey will provide.

The Arctic Horizon Itinerary

Explore the nature of North America

The trip departs July 16th 2023 and makes seven stops. Most people dream of visiting one of these places in a lifetime. You’ll experience all seven.

Start in Reykjavik Iceland, gateway to the Arctic and a cosmopolitan city full of nature, food and fun.

Fly to Ilulissat, Greenland, where icebergs gleam beneath the midnight sun and humpback whales feed in the sheltered ice fjords.

Now cross the circle to Sonora, Canada. Here’s a little glimpse at where you will be staying. Sonora Lodge is a Relais & Chateaux lodge in a rainforest archipelago, 50 minutes by helicopter from Vancouver or a water taxi ride down the Campbell River. Eagles, whales, bears, an award-winning wine cellar and pure eco adventure.

Go salmon fishing, search for bears and eagles, find your own adventure on the Discovery Islands archipelago.

This is not an uncommon sight when you’re in Alaska

Fly further north to Anchorage in Alaska, on a Boeing 757-200 with 50 lie-flat leather seats. Cruise beneath glaciers calving into the Seward Sound, witness grizzly bears fishing for salmon, and raft an Alaskan river.

Why fly around to Europe when you can fly across? With a private jet you can. Along the way you will stop at the North Pole.

Svalbard in Norway

The North Pole is on route to seabirds, arctic foxes and polar bears, as you spend four days in Longyearbyen, Svalbard.

Continuing south you’ll spend three days in Alta, Norway, a place of Nomadic culture, reindeer, folk traditions and ancient stories from the elders.

Finally, return to Reykjavik. Where you will know to expect unparalleled service in an extraordinary location, because that’s what this Arctic Horizon trip is all about.
