Stay at IKOS Porto Petro
Ikos Porto Petro is not a typical all-inclusive resort, despite having over 300 rooms and suites. It’s an intimate and relatively tranquil place, with nice design, good service and almost everything families could want for an easy beachfront holiday. The a la carte dining is really good and there are various inclusions outside the resort, so you do have good possibilities to explore the area.
Location
On the busy east coast of Mallorca but in a very nice and quiet location. It’s close to two interesting towns and has two nice beaches. Genuinely luxurious beachfront resorts are a rarity in Mallorca and this makes Ikos Porto Petro very popular in summer.
Who is it for
Families seeking an easy resort holiday on the beach. Mostly it’s the variety and quality of facilities that make this an excellent resort.
Rooms
We recommend the Bungalow Suites with private pools, which are part of the Deluxe Collection accommodations. These offer better service and more perks, plus provide more privacy compared to Junior Suites with private pools. Two- and three-bedroom Bungalow Suites are available and these accommodations always get great feedback from our clients. Natural Mallorcan colours and materials dominate the excellent suite design.
Facilities & activities
In terms of atmosphere and relaxation this really doesn’t feel like a hotel with over 300 rooms. It seems much smaller. And yet the range of facilities are those of a much larger hotel.. There’s everything for a nice beachfront family holiday, including water sports, good pools, age-related kids clubs and activities, a nice spa, sports facilities, multiple a la carte restaurants and bars that are part of the all inclusive. One day Tesla rental is included in each stay as is dining at local restaurants in the villages of Porto Petro and Cala d’Or.
