During four hours, you will learn how to prepare three variations of Kokotxas — a traditional Basque fish stew, served with a green sauce — using the modern techniques developed by your Michelin-starred host. And when your Kokotxas are ready, you will pair them with white wines, and enjoy every delicious morsel of your gastronomical creation.
