Location
Found along the remote shores of the famed Skeleton Coast, the hotel is a short drive from Mowe Bay. Immediate surrounds offer solitude and raw shoreside nature. Vehicle access is restricted, however, hence all guests are collected by a member of lodge staff.
Rooms
Expect a cluster of just 10 honey-shaded cabins, inspired by tales of ships wrecked at sea. Two of these are designed as family units, while the rest each house two guests. All feature wood-burning stoves and outdoor decks overlooking dune slopes.

Couples and adventurous travellers will relish the castaway vibe here. Meanwhile, the two dedicated family lodges can accommodate those with children.
Facilities & activities
The luxury is certainly in the location, and facilities (or their lack of) reflect this. Pastimes embed the simple pleasures, alongside plenty of wildlife spotting. Meals are served in the cosy main lodge, with a terrace for sundowners primely positioned.
