It’s exploring in style, on an empty beach, in the wild desert, or up in the mountains.
Location
These camps are entirely private and built individually for each guest. They can be almost anywhere you want, but wherever they are you will be completely out in nature, away from civilisation. Like the Empty Quarter desert in southern Oman, or Wahiba Sands Desert closer to Muscat. Maybe the mountains above Nizwa. Or the white sand beaches of Barr al Hickman and Mirbat.
Rooms
These camps are entirely customisable but will typically include a comfortable sleeping tent, a clean bathroom, then a lounge area for dining and drinking tea. There are different camp styles dependent on the location and your budget. It’s all a 1001 nights type of experience.
Who is it for
People who want to explore and really experience Oman’s nature. Couples love it for privacy and romance. The camp can be arranged for groups, with different sleeping tents and a shared lounge. We can also recommend it for families with children aged over five - in fact, it’s fantastic for showing teenagers a new experience.
Facilities & activities
The camp comes with a camp manager, chef, waiter and support staff. Everything is included just note they are not permitted to provide alcohol, but will happily chill and serve any of your own alcohol. The main activity is to explore and you’ll have a four-wheel drive vehicle and driver at your disposal.
