Whilst you’re in one of the world’s largest whale sanctuaries, it would be a crime to not indulge in a spot of whale watching. The waters around the Azores are home to over 20 different whale species, both migratory and resident. It’s hard not to be mesmerised by these majestic creatures; it’s no wonder whale watching is always called a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
