Delights of Emilia-Romagna

After breakfast, you will transfer to Maranello for your Ferrari experience. First, take a Ferrari F488 Challenge for a spin around the Modena circuit: over five laps you'll try to tame nearly 700 horsepower under the hood. After the drive you'll enjoy lunch with wine tasting at the iconic Cavallino restaurant, established by Enzo Ferrari and now led by chef Massimo Bottura. In the afternoon, head to the Ferrari Museum for a VIP tour and then it's back to the hotel to relax before dinner.

Roncolo 1888 has its own organic certified vineyards and tonight you will start by tasting these wines. You'll then continue on to the Limonaia restaurant, where the chef will prepare an Emilia-Romagna-inspired menu using ingredients grown on the hotel's grounds.

After a languid Sunday morning and breakfast, you will have the opportunity to visit the traditional balsamic vinegar factory located on the hotel grounds. Acetaia di Canossa has over 400 barrels in which the balsamico is left to ferment. It is up to you whether to take part in the tour and tasting, or you can use the time to relax or make your own agenda.

At 12pm, you'll leave the hotel for Bologna Airport - but there's a lunch stop on the way. You'll dine at Antica Moka, a restaurant focusing on regional cuisine under the direction of Anna Maria Barbieri. Her cooking was much loved by Modena native Luciano Pavarotti, who was known for his refined appetite!

You will be able to enjoy afternoon coffee, cakes and Champagne on board the Citation Sovereign private jet flying back to Prague.
