Give the gift of travel this Christmas. Much better than the generic present that anybody can buy in the shops.
What present could be better than an extraordinary experience that will be remembered for years to come?
We know travel. And you know the person deserving of such a special Christmas present.
This Christmas we have vouchers for three highly unique travel experiences in Europe.
1. EliteEscape to Basque by Private Jet
The perfect gift for foodie couples!
From Prague we will fly by private jet to Bilbao in the Spanish Basque Country, one of the world’s most renowned culinary destinations. We only have 8 seats in the jet!
Together we will visit Michelin star restaurants as well as local establishments, plus sample the lively evening streets and famous pintxos in San Sebastian. Dinner at the 3* Michelin restaurant Arzak and lunch at the current 2nd best restaurant in the world, Asador Etxebarri, are just two of many highlights.
More information, including a detailed itinerary, can be found here.
The Basque Country trip will take place from 25-27 April 2025 and includes:

- Two nights at Hotel Maria Cristina San Sebastian
- Wine tasting and other local activities
- Assistance from a Czech-speaking EliteVoyage representative on-site 24/7
Price per person: 7 900 EUR
2. A Glamorous Rail Experience
An ideal gift for couples who love unique and glamorous experiences.
One night or more on an opulent train rumbling across Europe, with high-class dining, vintage touches and a festive atmosphere.
These are very elegant and distinctive travel experiences. We will beautifully wrap up vouchers for one of three potential train experiences.
Venice Simplon-Orient-Express
The original. The icon that rekindled interest in train travel, an alluring journey between Prague and Paris, with fine dining and lots of fun in the bar carriage.
This is the best-selling train experience that so many people want to experience once in a lifetime.
These trips resorts by travel designer Matous Grund and operations director Stepan Borovec explain the on-board experience and what to expect.
The opulent train operates on a number of different routes throughout the year, including to and from both Prague and Vienna. Due to the very high demand, we recommend you select a specific departure as your gift.
Here are a few interesting departure dates. We will advise you on the complete possibilities.
- Paris to Prague: July 6th 2025
- Prague to Paris: July 9th 2025
- Paris to Vienna: May 15th & September 10th 2025
- Vienna to Paris: May 18th & September 13th 2025
- Paris to Istanbul (five nights): May 30th
Royal Scotsman
This vintage train is also operated by Belmond, like the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express. It explores rural Scotland, with excursions incorporating whisky distilleries, historical tours, castles and gardens.
Slightly more relaxing and slower paced than the Orient Express as you have more time on board, with the similar vintage feel and high quality of cuisine, carriages and everything else.
Different landscapes of course, as the train explores Scotland’s finest wilderness areas. The Royal Scotsman operates on a circular route from Edinburgh.
There are traditional ceilidhs on board, evening entertainment in the Observation Car and a gala dining experience.
Itineraries vary from two to seven nights and each has a specific focus. Two could be particularly good as a Christmas gift.
- A Taste of Scotland with Tom Kitchin, two nights with Scotland’s most famous chef, departing July 7th 2025.
- Scotch Malt Whisky Tour, a four-night expedition in partnership with the Scotch Malt Whisky Society, the world’s foremost malt whisky club. Departing April 14th and May 19th, August 4th and October 12th 2025.
La Dolce Vita Orient Express Train
This is a gift for couples who like to be first, or friends who have already experienced the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express.
La Dolce Vita is a brand new luxury overnight train in Italy. It’s modeled on the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express experience, but provides vintage 1970s and 1980s glamour, rather than 1920s.
The gastronomy is led by Heinz Beck, who helms Rome’s only three-Michelin-star restaurant, and promises menus honouring Italy’s diverse culinary heritage.
All accommodations on La Dolce Vita have en-suite facilities as standard, an important difference to the standard cabins on the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express.
The train operates eight itineraries. Most are circular routes to and from Rome. There’s also a three-day Rome to Sicily route and a two-day round-trip train experience in Sicily.
This is a brand new train and the first ever departure is on April 6th. We have not experienced this train – nobody has! – so we cannot give first-hand feedback. However, we know the operator and are very excited about this new experience.
What a gift it could be for people who want to be the first in the country to have Europe’s next must-do travel experience!
3. F1 Paddock Club Tickets
This is a fantastic experience for petrol heads and motorsport lovers.
We organise many F1 trips each year and Paddock Club is simply the most immersive and special experience for F1 fans.
The Paddock Club is located directly above the pit lane. You’re not watching the race from track side. You’re inside the entire race weekend.
Firstly, the view. You see every single pit stop up close and have a great view of the start-finish line, pretty much the same view as the team engineers themselves.
From this vantage point you watch teams prepare for each session, following the ins and outs of the race weekend from practice through qualifying to the race.
You can sit in on interviews with F1 drivers and F1 ambassadors. Just being in the Paddock Club is like a who’s who of motor racing.
There’s also a tour of the track in an open-top truck, with an ex F1 driver guiding you around. Plus race simulators, live music, parties and more.
Of course there’s amazing hospitality too. Fine wines, great cuisine, cooking showcases and much more.
Our F1 Paddock Club vouchers are available for all the 2025 races in Europe. We’re highlighting a few of these to help you choose.
- 17th – 19th May 2025 – Emilia Romagna Grand Prix at Imola, Ferrari’s home race
- 23rd to 25th May 2025 – Monaco Grand Prix, the most popular and prestigious race on the European calendar
- 27th to 29th June 2025, Austrian Grand Prix at the Red Bull Ring, the closest race to Prague
- 29th to 31st August 2025, Netherlands Grand Prix, for Max Verstappen fans
