Stay at the Hotel La Perla

Ski out from a mountain manor. Do some easy cruising on the Alta Badia. Explore the entire Dolomiti Superski area. Then ski back to Hotel La Perla, for an evening of aperitivos with the owners, plus magnificent dining at Stua de Michil, Corvara’s best restaurant. Slumber in your cute Romantik room and await another day of skiing. Hotel La Perla is simply the best hotel in Corvara, a Dolomite village on a sunny, southern plateau, where varied skiing meets exceptional gastronomy and low-key Ladin culture.
Location
It’s rare to find ski-in ski-out properties in the Dolomites so Hotel La Perla is an exception. Ski out and you have access to all the Dolomiti Superski area. A quiet location on the slopes will suit many and you can also ski to Corvara’s best apres-ski venue, L’Murin, operated by the Costa family who own Hotel La Perla.
Rooms
All 54 rooms are individual, although all are dominated by wood, local materials and a traditional alpine style. Go for the bigger Romantik room category, which also has a balcony and Dolomites mountain view. Hotel La Perla has evolved from a family home and is definitely not new world in style, but the Romantik rooms are cute, spacious and comfortable.
Who is it for
While there are no specific children’s facilities, it is a very welcoming place for families with kids of all ages, and popular especially for those with teenagers. Mostly it’s for people who love the snow and value long days on the slopes, followed by relaxed evenings with good food and wine.
Amenities & Activities
Hotel La Perla has a very good spa to compliment your skiing, along with Stua de Michil and three other good restaurants the family operates in the nearby area. There’s everything you need for a relaxed skiing holiday, particularly when your focus is on skiing, rather than activities away from the slopes.
