The resort balances contemporary luxury with old-world, almost aristocratic grandeur, yet the big takeaways are the location and facilities. This is a quiet low-slung resort with facilities for almost everyone, plus a range of accommodations to suit almost every traveller.

Location

Stretching across a big private peninsula, the resort’s location exudes a feeling of exclusivity, something that’s not typically associated with the island of Corfu. When you want local exploration you’ll find Corfu Town and some cute villages within relatively close proximity. Mostly, a stay here is about hiding away and enjoying the Ionian Sea, on the eastern side of Corfu. 25 minutes by car separate the hotel from airport.

Rooms

Vaulted ceilings, large private pools and prime seafront locations make the palazzos our favourite choice for families. They can accommodate from four to 12 guests and were upgraded during the resort’s EUR 150 million renovation. This sprawling resort has over 20 different room and suite categories, from panoramic sea view bungalows to beachfront villas and suites in the main imperial building. We will advise you personally on the different options.

Who is it for

Thanks to all the great facilities and the large private accommodations, this is a great summer holiday choice for families. Activity programs for children are a big appeal too, especially if you have older children. Space abounds here, so it’s a nice option for couples as well. The resort has a more grown-up atmosphere outside of the school holidays.
